Do NOT apply shampoo directly to your ends! Only apply shampoo to your scalp and massage it in well. The shampoo will trickle down to your ends to help clean them without stripping natural oils that are beneficial for hydration. Do not ever apply the shampoo directly to ends!
Do NOT apply conditioner or a hair mask to dripping wet hair – it will do NOTHING! You need to squeeze as much water out of your hair or towel dry before applying any conditioner or hair mask to it. Your hair will only be able to absorb the product if excess water has been removed from it. This makes a huge difference!
