Your visit begins with a close-up scalp examination using advanced imaging technology. This process allows your specialist to identify areas of dryness, buildup, or imbalance, ensuring your treatment is precisely customized to your needs.
Private Room Experience
You’ll then be escorted to one of our private treatment rooms, designed for both discretion and relaxation. Here, you’ll recline in a full-body massage chair that gently eases tension while your scalp specialist focuses exclusively on your care. With soft music and your chosen eye mask, the outside world fades away.
Cleansing & Scalp Ritual
Each treatment begins with rosemary oil and a double cleanse using premium products.
Following the cleanse, your specialist performs a soothing scalp ritual designed to stimulate circulation, ease stored tension, and restore equilibrium.
As part of the rinse, you’ll also encounter the Halo — a rainfall-inspired cascade of water that transforms a simple rinse into a sensorial moment of tranquility.
Optional Enhancements
For those who wish to elevate their treatment, enhancements such as exfoliating scrubs, glossing treatments, Fusio-Dose, or intensive masks may be added after cleansing, within the treatment room. These options are designed to amplify shine, hydration, and scalp vitality.
Finishing Touches
Your ritual concludes with the application of a targeted scalp serum and a basic dry finish.
For a polished, styled look, professional blowouts are available as an add-on. Before departure, your specialist will recommend select Kérastase or Nutrafol products to extend the benefits of your treatment at home.
