We offer one private couples room for guests booking together. This space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.

If you’ve recently taken out braids, you must complete one thorough wash and detangle before your appointment. This ensures your scalp and hair are properly prepared for your head spa treatment.
If this step isn’t done prior to your visit, a detangling service charge will be added so our team can safely and effectively cleanse and detangle your hair before beginning your scalp care treatment.

Refunds are not issued for completed services. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please notify us during your visit, and we will do our best to address your concerns before you leave.Products:
Refunds or exchanges on retail products are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. -
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed promptly.

A $20 deposit is required for all bookings. The deposit will go towards your service.
If no deposit is made and our policy is violated, the $20 fee will be added to your next appointment.

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to perform services on guests with open wounds, sores, or visible scalp infections. Please wait until the area has fully healed before booking your appointment.

We’re happy to service all types of extensions and always handle them with care. Please note that Scalp Bar cannot guarantee against damage, tangling, or loss of extensions during or after services.
