At Scalp Bar, our head spa focuses on relaxation and scalp health. Unlike regular salons, we specialize in treatments for issues like dandruff, tension relief, and hair loss combining soothing massages with targeted scalp care.

Yes, we provide tailored treatments. Please note that we are not licensed physicians, and our treatments are designed for relaxation and support. If you are experiencing serious or symptoms, we recommend consulting a medical professional.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear something comfortable and low maintenance. While we aim for a tidy experience, we recommend clothing you won’t mind if a bit of product touches it during service.
Can I bring my child to my appointment?
Children aged 12 and older are welcome to enjoy a purchased service. Please note, we strive to maintain a relaxing environment for all guests.
Couples Room Request
We offer one private couples room for guests booking together. This space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.
What if I recently removed braids?
If you’ve recently taken out braids, you must complete one thorough wash and detangle before your appointment. This ensures your scalp and hair are properly prepared for your head spa treatment.
If this step isn’t done prior to your visit, a detangling service charge will be added so our team can safely and effectively cleanse and detangle your hair before beginning your scalp care treatment.

Services:
Refunds are not issued for completed services. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please notify us during your visit, and we will do our best to address your concerns before you leave.
Products:
Refunds or exchanges on retail products are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged a $50 no show fee. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed promptly.

A card on file is required to reserve appointments. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours, late arrivals of more than 10 minutes, or no-shows will result in a $50 fee charged to the card on file.

Open Wound
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to perform services on guests with open wounds, sores, or visible scalp infections. Please wait until the area has fully healed before booking your appointment.
Hair Extension Policy
We’re happy to service all types of extensions and always handle them with care. Please note that Scalp Bar cannot guarantee against damage, tangling, or loss of extensions during or after services.
