Before beginning any treatment, we’ll spend a few moments discussing your hair and scalp concerns. To gain the most accurate insights, we’ll use a specialized scalp examinator that offers a close-up view of your scalp’s condition. This helps us identify any areas that may need extra attention and ensures your treatment is perfectly tailored to you.

Getting Comfortable

Next, you’ll be invited to lie down on one of our cozy massage beds. This setup provides maximum relaxation while our expert staff tends to your scalp and hair. You can close your eyes, listen to soft music, and simply let the day’s tension melt away.

Hair Wash & Long Massage

Our signature experience begins with a thorough yet gentle wash and shampoo. Using products chosen to suit your scalp’s specific needs, we’ll cleanse away any buildup and impurities. We’ll follow this with a luxuriously long scalp massage designed to stimulate circulation, relieve tension, and promote overall scalp health. Many clients describe this step as the highlight of the session—it’s deeply soothing and rejuvenating.

Finishing Touches

After rinsing, we’ll blow dry your hair to perfection with an option for styling to suit your preferences. Additionally, we offer personalized product recommendations using the high-quality products from your treatment, available for purchase to help you maintain healthy, vibrant hair at home.

Policies

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your $20 deposit. No-shows will also forfeit the full $20 deposit.

  • Arrivals later than 10 minutes will need to reschedule. As a result, you may forfeit your appointment time and still be responsible for the $20 deposit.

  • Rescheduling done within the 24-hour window may not be possible. Please call us with any concerns, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • We accept returns on unopened products within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and accompanied by the receipt. We do not accept returns on opened, used, or damaged products.
